Co-founder of 3Cs, music producer and songwriter Toby, passed away in 2017. He was most famous for being the keyboard player for Jamiroquai from 1992 to 2002 and co-wrote classic songs such as Virtual Insanity and Cosmic Girl. He also ran one of Britain’s foremost residential recording studios where he produced, hosted and worked alongside bands such as The Hoosiers, Mumford & Sons and N-Dubz. ‘I love cider,’ Toby once said, ‘I dream about it and one of these days I’m going to sing about it.’

According to chef Marco Pierre White, William is ‘one of the great food writers of our day.’ A familiar face on TV as a long-standing critic on the hit BBC show MasterChef, he is author of several food history books and host of the renowned William Sitwell’s Supper Club . ‘Cider,’ ponders William, ‘it just sums up in a glass everything I like about apples and booze.’

Artist Jasper Galloway trained at the Wimbledon College of Arts as well as The Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. His modern, abstract paintings have been exhibited in Miami, London, Aspen and Monaco. He currently lives and works in Paris, where - like generations of artists in that city - he takes inspiration from the life around him and the light of his classic Parisian studio. He is the grandson of a fruit farmer and says: ‘I was born with the smell of cider around me. There is no greater drink.’
