Music producer and songwriter Toby is most famous for being the keyboard player for Jamiroquai from 1992 to 2002. He wrote such classic songs as Virtual Insanity and Cosmic Girl. Today he runs one of Britain’s foremost residential recording studios where he has produced, hosted and worked alongside bands such as The Hoosiers, Mumford & Sons and N-Dubz. ‘I love cider,’ says Toby, ‘I dream about it and one of these days I’m going to sing about it.’

According to chef Marco Pierre White, William is ‘one of the great food writers of our day.’ The editor of award-winning magazine Waitrose Food, he is a familiar face on television appearing on shows such as Masterchef: The Professionals and Food&Drink. His first book, A History of Food in 100 Recipes was published to great acclaim in 2011. ‘Cider,’ ponders William, ‘it just sums up in a glass everything I like about apples and booze.’

Jasper Galloway lives and works in Buckinghamshire. Born in London, he trained at Wimbledon College of Arts and New York University - The Tisch School of the Arts. A natural colourist, he is co-founder of Konig Colours, a diverse range of non-toxic, water-based paints. The experience of testing and creating this collection inspired him to return to painting, exploring colours and shapes that sing against the canvas, with an intensity worthy of the great Pop artists that he admires. The grandson of a fruit farmer, he says: ‘I was born with the smell of cider around me. There is no greater drink.’
